New delivery miles 991 GT3, unregistered
Discussion
I'd say it depends what you are going to do with it.
What's the spec?
If you want to keep it for 20years and not turn a wheel on it, for speculation, then great.
If you want to drive the wheels off it, what's the difference between this and one with 1,000-10,000 miles on it? Its not like you are speccing the options. I'd get the spec I want or as close as I can, rather than new but not perfect spec. And I wouldn't pay more for 0 miles, it's still used and specced by someone else.

If it is RHD, UK list + up to £20k is a good guide imho. The newly launched Cayman GT4 is attracting a lot of attention, as is the new 991 GT3RS - both taking the shine off the lofty prices.
The 991 RS and Cayman GT4 (both of which are massively oversubscribed and therefore unobtainable for most people) are taking the shine of GT3 prices.Really?
How does that work?
If you look at what they're selling for on the continent, then you could have a low miles GT3 for around £115k landed
I'd use that as a ballpark for a new unregistered one.
If RHD, then the world of speculation's your oyster, and you're probably looking at £150+ for a new non GB supplied RHD car assuming that Porsche GB will become suddenly unhelpful in the case of any warranty claims (?)

The 991 GT3 is a £140-£160k car depending on spec in my view. No idea where it will go from here.....

:Anyone thinking the list price new of the likes of restricted run cars such as the GT4 and 991 GT3 RS having a bearing on the GT3 are living in cloud cuckoo. As with the GT3, Porsche have deliberately under priced these halo models. Talk of UK OPCs being offered £100k and £250k respectively for the first of these models arriving second hand speaks volumes of the cars true worth and people should really learn to differentiate between cost and value.

I did suggest list + up to £20k as a guide. Porsche adopt almost uniform pricing across Europe for all their cars - to sell the biggest volume at the optimum price, they know what the market place can absorb for the volume they have in mind better than some random people on the internet. There is no under pricing per se. The cost is finite amount set by the experts. The value is dynamic and only in recent years has the after market price far exceeded the list price, and only in the UK it seems. LHD 991 GT3's are still available at list. Talk about £100 thousand premium on the RHD 991RS is just that imho - talk. LHD 991RS's are available without a premium, it seems. However, I am not a 991 GT3 owner ( my bag is BMW's) and bow to the wisdom of owners & Porsche experts. Thanks..

Thanks.Porsche may be selling these cars at £130k to £150k, but the market won't value them at that price when they become 'available'
Back in the day of the London economic miracle, when the "in joke" was "what is the difference between a hedgehog & a Porsche" I detested the "Porsche brand" and all it stood for. Having owned a 996turbo for the last 8 years I am softening up a bit. . . . but, when I read threads like this (of which there are just SO many on Pistonhead) I realise my original judgement (vis a vis the owners , NOT the cars ) was sound, and wonder why I even bother to leave 911uk to browse on here.
