Thoughts?

Doesn't surprise me other than one of them is 911 Virgin who are normally all above board?

Edit to add, I'm certainly not implying that either dealer is dodgy, just seems odd that two dealers have SOR on the same car. To be fair to 911v they clearly state on the ad it's SOR, just wondered if they know it's up elsewhere?

I know estate agents do it but not car car dealers?

911 Virgin is just a trading name of another business I believe ? (I thought it was Prestige or similar though)

Most of the cars at a lot of dealers are SOR !!!! About 80%+....

They couldnt possibly afford to stock the value they hold in their plush showrooms, with exhorbitant rates, interest, staff, NI, wages, expenses, guarantees, el al !!!!!!

I think it's Prestige and Performance Cars Limited but that's of no real relevance here as they only ever trade as 911 Virgin AFAIK.

The GTS was owned by a good friend of Ashgood and was offered on SOR for a week or so as a favour (no commissions etc).

911V have bought the car outright and now selling the car on.

Its a lovely car in a great colour and a sunroof is a nice to have option.

911V have not bought the car as their advert says that it has a extended Porsche Warranty through until 05/06/2016. In order to transfer the benefit of this across to our customer we are selling the car on the owners behalf.

So its SOR

The car is 100% with us. The other dealer has yet to remove the advert from Pistonheads. This is nothing other than an oversight on their behalf. If we are selling a car for its owner we wouldn't ever do so unless the car is based with us on site.
