997 turbo cab vs boxster spyder vs 981s

Sold the v8 vantage roadster and now looking to spend up to 50k on a car. Would like a convertible and something that will not loose much in value over the next couple of years.

I've come up with 997 turbo cab or boxster spyder or 981 s or an M3 covertible (can get a good one for around 25k)

I currently have a 996 turbo which I just spent a ton of money on get it into tip top shape, so if I got the 997tt cab then I guess would eventually end up selling the 996 to get something else. Or could get the boxster spyder and then run the 996 tt and the spyder together.

Boxster Spyder the best cab IMO.

No point selling the 996 turbo if you've just spend the money to get it into shape, otherwise someone else will just benefit. I'd get the Spyder and run both!

True!
Unfortunately spyder is not an option anymore, just realised how bad the roof is (and I owned an elise before).
Discounting the BMW as with the extra weight and lack of structure when the roof is down it just isn't that sharp.

So it's 981 Boxster s vs 997 turbo cab I think

A v10 r8 spyder, what a car, but unfortunately budget won't reach.
