Just had an OPC service...

And it was great!
Used Swindon where Simon dealt with me. From start to finish it was a really good experience.
Had a Cayman PDK overnight, even though I supplied my own oil and I negotiated a rate which was not much more than the local Indy (£100 extra or so). For me the extra was worth it to keep the OPC history in place as the car is only on 6.7k mileage.
It's definatley worth asking the question about price on servicing if your due. I don't think OPC will match the Indy, but if it's not far off then I think it's worth it. I know lots on here say Indys are better, but seeing the varied stuff they were working on I think the level of knowledge must be very high.
I also recommend a visit to Lovett Ferrari nearbye. It's is astonishing!! f40's, min 4 of them in garage, 2 enzos, f50, think I saw a 250gto. Loads of speciale, f12 etc.... And a carerra gt. I was also told interesting stuff in upstairs showroom also, but didn't get there.
Finally, my car flew through with the only thing mentioned being a call scheduled to me next year as rear tyres may need looking at!!
Overall, after booking yesterday off work in the sun to deliver the car, having a drive of a new Porsche and noseying around lots of top end stuff it was a thoroughly nice 24hrs.
