Blipping noise at start up 997

Hello all.
I've always had a tiny electronic 'blip' when I start my car in the morning.
Recently it's started blipping a bit more - as you accelerate away from stationary it blips very quickly 3 or 4 times .... Does it for a while until its warmed up.
Any ideas what it could be? cars going into opc in a bit anyway.
