Boxster purchase

With summer coming I'm thinking about getting into a Boxster. Budget is flexible and a quick look at the classified tells me I could get a mint 986 anniversary or a 987, possibly a RS 60 model. Or anything in between.

I've had a 997.2 before but never a Boxster and am uncertain what the best way to go is.

What I'm I looking out for problem wise on these cars? Where am I likely to find a really sound car? What options do I really want?

I'm up in Scotland but happy to travel for the right car.

In that case but a 987.2 - DFi engines apparently more reliable than M.96 and M.97 and the interior will be what you're already used to.
