What is the significance of the "facelift"? Do you have a 997.1 C2S which as been upgraded (facelifted) with gen 2 bits and therefore possibly have questionable electrics, or do you have a standard 997.2 C2S? What year is it?
Is the battery definitely giving 12V with the engine off and 14+V with it running? How old is the battery?

It could be that because the Gen2 lights are LED, and they require a lot less power to work, the system thinks that all the bulbs have blown. I dont think it is an expensive fix but you need some sort of resistor put in place. The chaps on here who updated the rear lights on their cars with the aftermarket ones have had similar issues when not fitting the resistor packs. I had them on my car for a little while before putting the originals back on when I sold it.
