Helicopter Inteception

In the Telegraph today there is a story about 5 cars being intercepted after speeding on a French Autoroute near Biarritz by a helicopter and then road blocked. One white and one red 991 GT3s from the pictures. Seems that French helicopters do not have speed detecting radar so not sure they can be prosecuted.
