Cayenne 2011 discs and pads

My cayenne is in for a sevrice at my local OPC. They have said I need new discs and pads at the front and new pads at the back,

They have quoted me £1100 to get the fronts done alone. I have decided to get them done elsewhere. I want to get porsche OEM parts, on the eurocar parts website is Pagid discs, and Sebro. Are either of these porsche OEM ? If not which ones are ?

They also have pagid and textar brake pads, which if any are porsche OEM?

Pagid and textar are one and the same (both made by TMD frictions OEM production plants). Most indys will fit Textar branded as Pagid branding is exclusive supplied by Eurocarparts, so depends where they source their parts from.

Sebro discs are OE source.. They will be exact same as Porsche boxed item.

Dont forget wear wires and possible vibration dampening discs if fitted.

Thanks Petej , which brand would you go for?

They have the sensors but nothing else, like dampening discs etc on the website. Am I ok to assume I don't need them then,

Sebro/Textar are OEM can confirm. But they don't obviously qualify as Official Porshce parts that you might need in order to maintain your OPC warranty (not clear whether this is a consideration for you).

Used Sebro discs and textar pads for my old 993 - worked a treat, certainly no discernable difference in performance or quality. Not surprising as i suspect they supply Porshce anyway! ;-)

Thanks for your help guys. I bought this car privately so it doesn't have a warranty. So I don't have to worry about official "Porsche Parts". You've helped me saved over £600!
