Leaving colour choices aside, is this the ultimate 991 GT3 RS spec? I've been over and over it - would welcome your thoughts.

643 - Sport Chrono Pack, including Porsche Track Precision App

192 - Lightweight Battery

574 - Air conditioning omitted (I live in Dubai, so this is a very, very, very brave choice...)

Ha - my dealer was even more blunt in his assessment! Everybody I speak to tells me I am mad re resale value. I've no intention of selling it, so I'm not bothered.
I want the car to be as light and simple as possible - that's what I think they are meant to be. That's why I have not gone for the front lift (which I think weighs c.15kg?). If I wanted toys and leather I'd go for a Turbo. The car will eventually live in the UK, so air con isn't really needed.

Just think that when you are pissing wet with sweat and so uncomfortable that you are not enjoying driving the car and decide to sell it nobody will want it anyway!
Please please don't delete air con! It will likely turn one of the most scintillating cars to drive into a needlessly unenjoyable experience for about 300 days per year in Dubai. Someone pointed out on here even the Cup cars have AC - what more is there to say!?

You won't save much weight with option 498, it is only a squidgy plasticised sticker if I am not mistaken (and doesn't feature the dreaded P O R S C H E across the boot lid, just a nice little gt3rs in stylised script.)
Can't be shy/retiring with a rear wing that size. . . . .
There would be some nice days for a track day in the UK/Spa/Nurburgring that you would have regretted the air-con delete, and in Dubai . . . . . well, I don't think you will use the car too often if you leave it out.
If you are so worried about weight, why are you speccing the 90li tank, you wouldn't want to be driving around with it full
Oh, and whoever buys it if you move it on would have to love the combination of yellow exterior, with Lava Orange (& some Red) interior, that doesn't rock my boat, but Hey, we are all different.

Not listening to the news everyday would be a big weight of most peoples back...
I do think the OP may be colour blind though. :-)
Fuel tank is great idea but speccing for weight saving on one of these is a joke, you wont get anywhere near noticing the difference.. Low fuel and empty the headlight washer bottle before any track time..

Pretty standard spec on mine:
LO, black interior with LO stitching, no orange centre panels,LO belts and pulls, PCM,enhanced audio,front lift,black paint around headlights, xenons,standard brakes, track monitoring stuff,90 litre tank.
Car will be used on road and track. I have other cars so will not be a DD. Was not fundamentally interested in the lightest possible car as I knew I could get a better result by going on a diet and exercise programme for a year, which I did pretty successfully

Until your BMI is in the athletic range & you're fighting fit, it's hypocritcal to expect the car to be pared back to the bare minimum.
For all I know you might run a 2:05 marathon, have a resting heart rate of 40 & have a V02 Max to challenge an Olympic Rower.
But... if you're a little bit pudgy, not as svelte as your could be & you're sporting more of a "One-Pack" than anything else - perhaps the cheapest & best long-term weight saving might start with the part you see in the mirror. You'll also be doing your health a favour!
I make it a rule never to ask a car to do anything I wouldn't do myself e.g. want to thrash it around the Nurburgring fine...but also do the same for yourself & enter a 10K road race or a triathlon!

Champagne yellow will make it stand out.... not sure about the Lava orange contrast though.

To play devils advocate though I would drop the name of Gerry Marshall into the conversation. I neither think he knew or cared what BMI was and exercise was walking along the pit lane from the bar.
Talent will prevail even when carrying more than a few extra "packs".
- colour combo is brave - to say the least. With champagne yellow I'd go all black inside
- Without aircon I'd only drive race cars - but could live perfectly well without radio
- I never got the point of sport chrono and the app. I personally don't like the look of the stop watch. If you want to track time and performance, get proper data logging and telemetry stuff
- if weight is an issue you should go PCCB too
- larger fuel tank is a must IMHO if you drive it on the road. On track just fill in the minimum for weight saving

If I had Gerry Marshall's driving talent I wouldn't worry about the avoirdupois either.
