New Cayman S -squeaky brakes

Some advice please.
A friend has bought a Cayman S for use as his daily commuter car into London.
Only gripe is the very squeaky brakes.
It improves somewhat after some use - but still quite annoying
Any suggestions?
Waiting to hear from the OPC - but not expecting too much!

Essentially its down to them not being used hard enough. A couple of relatively high speed, hard applications will sort it - if he can find a stretch of road in London to do it that is.
