Not really.

The clutch has slipped twice now (the car has done 64k miles), most recently today whilst 'following' this GT2.

Nice Martini stripes BTW.

Photo courtesy of my 10 year old son holding a very heavy camera.

What is the going rate for a varioram C2 993 clutch fitment please. TIA.

Not a clutch for a GT2.

Thanks MTR. But I don't do the WYIT thing.

May I reopen the LUK vs Sachs debate please?

Do I need to source the LUK version?

Hi Andy,

I saw you go through Handcross, I was held up in the town, then managed to catch up by Plummers Plain on that wonderful section of road.

Shame there was so much traffic hehe

My car has Tore's HID kit, which incidentally just passed the MOT - makes a huge difference in the dark.

Not the same car just had mine replaced SACH kit 550 pounds around that again for fitting.

However plan for extras as they may pop up, like a flywheel maybe.

Ahh so that's why you fell asleep at that junction just before the speed-camera/Crabtree?

Who do you know OC that has a nearly new (<150 miles) RS flywheel and clutch just sitting in his shed awaiting to be fitted?

Just need to get the nerve up to install it. biggrin

I'll be getting mine installed (when it happens) for around £250.00 labour only, as I know a good bloke.

I think the RS version is LUK.

No, thats downside of LHD. Completely blind at junctions at that angle!

Dang! I missed my overtaking opportunity (whilst you were stationary and blind) hehe

I have noted your various posts on this shedclutch over the years tongue out but felt sure you must have done it by now.

I had decided against the LWF/SM whatever setup anyway, otherwise I would have made you an offer. biggrin

Hmmmm. Yes, I've had it a while. By the time I finally get it done it'll be nothing but rust. frown
