AWESOME first day at The Supercar Event :D
Discussion
Haven't managed to drive there for 2 years, but great to be back
So much fun taking people out in the GT3, especially in the rain in the afternoon when most people parked up - less queuing and traffic, and sideways at Bacharach and Gambon every lap
Practice at PEC's low friction surface paid off
Don't suppose the other GT3 chap(esse)s from today are on here?

Good to follow you today.

Are you there tomorrow as well?
It was an AWESOME day
I was in the black RS on Sat. Had a fantastic time, really enjoyed following your Lambo round for a few laps Jeremy, so much fun!
Shame about the rain on Sat PM but made Gambon fun and challenging!
The day was really well organised and marshalling was spot on, felt very safe and all for a great cause, we were sad to go but will be back next year for sure.
Does anyone know how much money was raised yet?

It was a fantastic weekend, and most importantly all of my passengers seemed to agree.

Let's hope there was so much money raised that they're still counting it ...

The rain was *brilliant*, most fun I've ever had in a car
90% of the cars parked up with just a few of us still lapping and a few customers braving the rain and having enough cojones to get in a car with drivers they'd never met before in appalling conditions. One for the grandkids: "Grandad! Grandad! Tell us again about the time you spent 2 hours going sideways round Bacharach and Gambon in your petrol powered Porsche with no computer driving all those years ago! Pleeeeeease!"
"Well kids, in those days cars weren't electric and you could actually choose where they went and how fast...."

Ah, so that was you! I also stayed out in the rain (blue 360) and since you had the rear out on every lap I figured it was intentional. Was damn slippery there in the wet!

Good to put a face to a forum name/car
Slightly off topic, but are there any mods to your 360? I remember thinking that it seemed to have an awful lot of oomph in a straight line compared to other 360s there that day. What's the gearing like? What does it top out in in 2nd?Mario149 said:

Never noticed what it hits in 2nd. It does impress me on those weekends though.
