Hi all, curious to see how many Rufs are on PH, whether original or converted.

Anyone care to share any pics?

(Sorry if this is the wrong section - seemed the most appropriate?)

Not many here then, there was a guy who had a bright green one who I chatted to once at Spa on a RMA trackday, there was also a bright orange one there as well, really nice cars the Ruf's. The way the roll cage is incorporated in the interior is fantastic.

Proper Petrolheads car.

I'm really fascinated by then, especially the aircooled variants.

From Geneva:

Fantastic. I hope to see one in the flesh one day!

Do you know if Ruf openly sell parts to Porsche owners, or do they only supply parts if they're carrying out conversions?

You can get parts from Ruf, sure if you have a look at the website http://ruf-automobile.de/en/ it stocks various parts which are not full conversions.

Had a chat to them a couple of years back at the Geneva motorshow, really nice guys. They even gave me a complimentary copy of the Ruf story DVD.

Staggering cars.

Sorry for the late response, have been on holiday and only just noticed this post.
I know of 2 Ruf cars in Scotland, as I'm lucky enough to own them both.
One air cooled 964 RCT very similar to Alois own car in the earlier postings and like the Grey
Geneva car.
I also own an 996 RGT, which was based around a Mk1 Gt3.
