Anyone know when build 'locks'?

As per title - I have a November build date on the GT4 and wondered when roughly it locks and is no longer spec-changeable? And do Porsche give you a nod to say it's about to lock and do you want to change spec?

More like if I had clubsport specced and I want to add the Li battery and steering wheel stripe, is this a spec change or add on? I don't want to lose clubsport because I added something else

I'm in the same situation but on a 911 Targa4 GTS my dealer said they'd give me a call to go in and finalise and lock the Spec about 4 weeks before build date so I can change my original spec but any changes made that's it.....the same will be true for you.....I'm guessing that there aren't many spec options for the GT4 though

Yeah, I'm hoping my dealer remembers to ring me before 'lockdown' too. I've already changed spec..

I was told it would be in August for my GT4 and have a build of Nov too. About 3 months before and can request call.

I've already changed my spec 3 times, sales guy must be getting a bit pissed!

I've not specced too much and am already up to £11k so the sooner they lock the better for the wallet.

I am going to do my PEC day in July and lock in then. I also have the CS, LWB and CTS so I would imagine will be a Jan build so lock in May be a bit later.
