'79 911 SC (2.7 RS clone) Any UK folk know this car?

Hi there! You can usually find me posting my photos from the streets of Hong Kong in the General Gassing forum, but I've wandered over to this corner to see if anyone can shed some light on a 911 that a friend of mine has told me he's interested in.

He only sent me these pictures and some basic vehicle info including VIN/engine numbers, but documents say it was imported to Hong Kong earlier this year (I assume from the UK based on the photos) and based on the VIN I've worked out it was originally a 1979 911 SC 3-litre, that has obviously since been converted (at least visually) into a rather tasty looking clone of a 2.7 RS. I wondered if anyone here know the car, or even possibly used to own it and if so, could you share any info on her?
