OPC servicing - Hatfield/East London?

I'm due a 12k/minor service and Porsche are doing some pretty decent fixed price servicing. Cheaper than indys like JZM/JAZ/RPM Technik in fact.
The ones most convenient for me are Hatfield and East London, but they appear to have mixed reviews. Any experiences of these two? Other ones like Tonbridge and Reading are well rated but a bit too far.

I've used East London for a fair few years. Their old premesis was a bit annoying with tight parking, but their new place is a nice spacious modern Porsche centre - good easy parking and more accessable.
I usually deal with Neil Sutton in service, and he's a pleasure to deal with, always keeps me informed with what's going on. I recently had my 997 GT3 major sevice and warranty renewal done there, all done well and tried as much as they could to reduce the service cost for me.
You are always going to have good and bad days at any OPC. I actually initially got a quote from Reading as I thought: GT3 major service, get the best to look at it. They didn't return my calls, quoted me above the fixed service pricing, tried to rip me off with an Air Con re gas (much cheaper at other OPCs) and generally pissed me off. I complained and got an apology call from the Service Manager (who told me he was leaving shortly), so I thought: screw them, I'll give the business to East London instead, and they were great.

Fixed price is fine in principle, it's the cost of the extras which push the total price up at OPC's!The ones most convenient for me are Hatfield and East London, but they appear to have mixed reviews. I've asked on 2 occassions at East London if my (PCCB equipped) car needs new brake pads front or rear. Both times they have confirmed all is in order and they don't need to be replaced. These pads have done 30k so are not new.As I said you will get mixed experiences, I've not got a 100% success record at any OPC, but they aren't all crap and don't all try to screw you over. Some do for sure, not disputing this.
