Pirelli P Zero wear rate

Got these on 996 C2,apart from flat spotting and causing vibrations and wheel wobble at varying degrees from very little to bloody annoying the wear on the rears is dreadful.

There doesn't seem to much tread to even begin with and with normal driving mostly not thrashing it they are done in about 8000 miles. The fronts fare a lot better unfortunately as I would like to change them but can't justify it yet.

So what's the best wearing tyres for the rears.285s on 18inch
Pressures at the rear are set at about 38psi.
