997 Auto Central Locking

Hmm. Have just seen that my GTS' auto-lock of the central locking has decided to stop working, although the button on the dash still works fine, as does the key fob.
The manual is no help at all, and refers me to a section in the PCM manual that doesn't appear to exist. There's also wording in the main manual about how I may want to take the car to a dealer to get auto-lock programmed, which seems a little strange.
Can anyone enlighten me on how to re-set it so it's active again? I'm sure I remember doing it myself when I had a 997.1.

I took another look in my car, and there's no sign of individual settings with the key in/out or anything.
I have PCM and Sport Chrono, so am not sure what I'm doing wrong.
Did a bit of Internet searching, and it seems some others can't find the inputs so maybe earlier versions of PCM accommodated the controls, which is how I must have configured my 997.1.
