Oooopppsss, after much deliberating it looks like I have pulled the trigger on a 991 GTS. Trading in my 997 GTS which I have had since new. Nice spec on new car and seems to fit my requirements, really wanted a GT3 but obviously that is not going to happen. Plan on keeping this one until the Gen 2 Turbo S comes out and then may swap.

You might find that there is a lively market on here for your 997, which could result in a better price than a trade-in.

Fair point but I could do without the hassle and potential for time wasting or fraud, would rather just drive it to the dealership and pick up new car.

I'm consideing doing the same and speaking to OPC's. Did you get a good discount as there are a lot available at the moment?

Not a great deal of discount but happy with the package. I believe there may only be a couple of new GTS's left in the network.

Not sure of the colour name but its more of a dusky champagne silver.
