I have just washed my 991 GT3 RS and the rear light cluster is misting up ever so slightly - i this normal ?. It happened to my DB9 many years ago and Aston changed the entire cluster under warranty.

Is be interested to know this too. My 987.2 is misting a little on the rear. Can't do any harm in having a chat with the local OPC I guess.

My c4s 991 does this as well. It happens either after wash or driving in rain and it affects both front headlight and rear lights. Known issue. I read a few posts about this a few months ago and people took their cars for the dealer and the answer was it is normal as long as the mist/condensation doesnt last more than ???hours (I can't remeber the exact figure. Mine usually clears up itself.

Eh, another annoying little thing we need to put up with Porsche. I think it is not good for the headlight and its connections

My OPC replaced my rear light unit today under warranty. It had formed water droplets towards the top of the housing. No pooling but more than a light misting.

Mine seem to clear up after some time so maybe not that serious.

991 GT3 rear lights mist up without even washing.....especially after slight rain and sun.

Perfectly normal unless they never dry out or water droplets form.

Looks a mess though.
