NAPT

Are they dry or cracked and scuffed ?

Have used the following

Liquid leather and Leatherique (which is one of the best IMHO)

Personally would not consider a DIY job unless you are really handy.

I have had my last two Porsches seats done at Leathercare in Warrington and both times have done a superb job.

Hi,

I started this thread a little while ago after restoring my linen leather seats at Christmas.

www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?f=48&h=&t=147305

Can highly recommend the results and everyone who has seen the restored seats has commented on the transformation. Money well spent IMHO.

If you take your time with the prep, it is definately within the scope of a competent DIY'er.

The fact that it cost me just over £200 for the 993, I would rather leave it to Leathercare.

I had my 993 seats restored by a place in Solihull, West Midlands. It was about £160 IIRC. The seats look like new.

It hardly seamed worth getting my hands dirty especially given the appalling weather.
