Is it possible to get this upgrade and if so what does it cost? It's a 2011 GTS if it matters.

Thinking about treating my car to that, cruise and DAB (Pure I would imagine) in the spring.

So, has anyone had it done?

Was £149 when I had it done. Some people still say they get quoted something like that.

Does the update include anything else other than the post code, more up to date maps etc ?

And does the UK 997.2 mapping include Europe as standard or is this an add on ?

The maps are more up to date too, but bear in mind that this update isn't recent, so you'll still come across frustrating omissions.

There are a few improvements to other aspects too, but I can't remember what they were. The discounted deal is as far as I know long gone.

When I bought my 2013 Cayenne last month the OPC said my maps needed updating to full post code. They will do this for £149 .If I update do I get maps as well, Europes as well ? And is Porsche still supporting this PCM system and in the near future?

Can anyone tell me what date the latest Maps are please ?

Had my 2011GTS done this year. Havent used it much to fully comment but the main deal is full postcode and the map is a 2015 version from memory. Price is back to full fat although I got it down to £149 after moaning to the OPC that it should be point 112 of the 111 point check .

My upgraded one is V2.24. Not sure if there is any date on the map.

Another Classic example of "Porsche Tax" - we have to pay extra for a Sat Nav system that works as well as 10 Yr old TomTom...

Got mine done last year, it's still a terrible nav system even with full postcode entry. Regularly tells me I've reached my destination in the middle of nowhere.

My Dec'11 GTS had the PCM3 upgrade at Porsche Guildford as part of the service and the cost was £150 inc VAT.
