Don't know about other hardworking PH'ers but always found it frustrating that near enough most dealers are shut Sundays.. Always worked 6 days a week with mostly Sundays the only free day and this sure does limit your options to
go car hunting - Christmas for me is an ideal 2 week period where rarely I've got a bit of time on my hands.. Sadly this winter period also seems to be a touch muted with 'tasty' bits not put on the market as most folks selling seem to believe that buyers hibernate and don't resurface until spring...

WELL they don't and I'm wide awake and ready to come a buying!!!

Slightly more difficult is what to go for :

Early 997 turbo or late 997 gen2 - I guess in this price bracket many have faced the same conundrum..

My preference is coupe, manual, lower miles the better, original and as new. Don't want much, but hey it is Christmas

So if anyone is thinking of selling and is equally a touch more free of time restraints over the next few weeks, give me the nod..

I am in exactly the same position, ready to buy, cash in bank and itching to sign on the dotted line. End result? Places closing at 2pm and almost nothing on the market.

Come on people. Surely one of you out there has a good spec 996 or early 997 turbo (that isn't silver) at a sensible price.

Some OPCs open Sundays. I've bought from Guildford and Bolton who both do.

I have a mint 2007 Meteor Grey 997 Turbo, manual, 41K miles with lots of options including PCCBs, Sport Chrono etc....

Thinking about selling but I'm not really up on the current market values. Guide prices anyone (not from the people wanting to buy! wink)?

I must say, I do like the sound of a sport croon option sir.

An accelerated Val Doonican per chance.
