Toyo v MPSC v Pirelli Corsa

Hi Guys, looking for a set of track day tyres for my 12c.
Back in the day when I ran my GT3 like many others on here we had the choice of MPSC at approx £1k or the Toyo R888 for about half that, Toyos were almost as good for a lot less.
Have been looking again at prices and it seems to me that whatever the brand they are all the same price or very similar, is this the case now or am I missing something, appreciate we now have cup 2's and 888R.
