Cayenne Turbo 2006 PCM unit replacement?

Looking for some advice:
The PCM unit has given up the ghost in the Cayenne, had it looked at at been told needs a new logic board, done on an exchange basis at a cost of £920 ex VAT. If I go this route only get a 90 day warranty on the repair, so not great. New PCM unit from OPC comes in around £1450 ex VAT but has a 2 year warranty. Car is loaded with options, and has reverse camera, external handset, voice control and a now obsolete analogue TV tuner.
Has anyone had this issue and gone after market, if so any prices and photos of what you went for?
