997.2 exhaust options...

Hi,

Are there any simple mods I can do to the 997.2 exhaust to make it sound a tad louder / sportier, but not create cabin drone?

I seem to recall there was a hack on the 996 box which gave a PSE like sound (Grundo hack?) so hoping the 997 has something similar!!!

Coming from a V8 the current stock set up doesn't sound as special as the car truely is - very subdued!!!

Sharkwerks bypass first. Mod silencers if that's not enough.

Sounds like the consensus seems to be Gundo hack first and then Sharkwerks...

You hardly ever see a Gen 2 with the Gundo hack. I'd say it's a waste if you haven't got the Sharkwerks.

Bear in mind the Gen 1 cars and 996s lacked the centre silencer of the Gen 2.

I fitted PSE and then Sharkwerks, FWIW.

I havent...I have non-PSE. You'll see later down the thread ABP fitted Sharkwerks to one without, seemed like an improvement but wonder how much?!
