Porsche Cayenne grinding sound

Good afternoon I am hoping for some help in relation to a 2005 3.2 Porsche Cayenne.

Basically the problem is when I brake just prior to stopping I get a scraping sound from the front left wheel area. I have had a new bearing put on since the noise and new discs. The pads have been inspected and appear fine with no stones or debris.

The noise only starts generally after driving for 15 minutes or so.

Two seperate garages have not been able to diagnose the problem.

When the car was lifted up on a ramp the front left wheel does not spin freely

The right wheel does spin freely.

Does anyone have any idea before I take it to the Porsche dealership ?

I suspect you have a sticking n/s/f brake caliper. I would have expected an imbalance apparent between brake pad thickness on the n/s and o/s, ie n/s pads worn more. I would also expect the n/s disc that has been renewed to have been heat coloured.
I would also expect the calipers to have been checked by the garages. Two things that could be overlooked are pistons sticking/seizing in n/s caliper due to torn external piston boots and or a collapsing n/s brake hose. Both of these would cause your symptoms and be more likely when the brake get warm. I hope this is helpfull.
