GT3 insurance

OK - looking for some recommendations for insurance companies tried out.

Used the comparrison websites - looking at about 1000 a year, which isn't too bad.

It goes up to 1750 with adrian flux with agreed value.

Who else should i approach?

Try Mannings (unlimited track cover) or Henderson Taylor (6 track days per year included)
No point having a GT3 without some track time...

Try NFU Mutual. Found their rates the best out there for my GT3 and the cost of spreading your premium monthly only attracts a nominal admin charge. Give them a call....

I use direct line, Seam to remember it's around £700 a year.

Try Henderson Taylor Insurance. 0800 917 2007.

I had my 996 GT3 insured with them on a limited miles policy (increasable if required), about £350 from memory with agreed value.

As a starting point try direct with Aviva a lot cheaper direct than through a confusing web site!

Well I went with Henderson Taylor. A good bit cheaper than mannings for me and the increased track day cover you get with mannings didn't make it worthwhile. Best thing about Henderson Taylor (and mannings) is that you get straight through to a person!

I've forgotten how nice that was.

Manning, very professional and real people as already stated (incl track cover), Aviva (not insured a Porsche with them but BMW 'M' s) and I do not think they put themselves on the comparison sites anyway. Also Competition Car Insurance (Towergate) were very good with real people (although you have to let them know each time you go abroad unlike Manning).

Adrian Flux most definitely NOT. Alright if you have a standard risk with no changes during the year but failing that bureaucracy and admin fees left, right and charlie.
