Some decent pictures of the interior have leaked. Lots of 918 hints — large center screen, lots of capacitive buttons, center analog tachometer with screens left and right.

Screens and 'infotainment' ' I despair !
Info about engines as a footnote .

No info about whether it'll have front and rear locking diffs or any off road ability .

Don't press the big red button!

Might be something special in there after all, apart from that the interior looks hideous.

Perhaps they don't have X-ray vision and can see what's under the body work. Porsche won't have told them anything so how can the comment on what they can't see/don't know about?

I guess its been lightly disguised to look like the current model.

However, the external styling would appear to be a subtle facelift rather than the significant revision we saw in 2010.

I guessed that's that's why the OPCs were holding Cayenne open days last week claiming to have acquired a lot of stock and good deals... Selling off in preparation for the new one smile

It will be based on the new Q7/Bentayga platform but judging by these pictures the exterior bodywork will be evolutionary rather than revolutionary.

Since the announcement was originally planned for late 2016 and is now rumoured for 2017 I find it unlikely that this is a technology mule disguised in current Cayenne bodywork.
Why would they go through the trouble of riveting a relatively small plastic cover over the rear head lights which will likely look like the ones on the Macan and 991?

Quite like the Big Red button - is that a new option?

It's the new Sport Chrono Extra Plus Overboost + function. Odds on yet another Macan style fight over LOIs/allocation and stupid lead times for essentially a (luxurious) white goods vehicle? I suspect all those early RRS adopters will be coming up to the end of their PCPs and will be eyeing this up

Bit to early to be clearing the decks imv in anticipation of the new one. More to do with the arrival of part exs coming back to OPCs against all the new 4.2ds.
imo
