Porsche Indie, Surrey/Hants

I've got a 2006 Boxster S 987 that is due a service soon and also could do with that clutch sensor thing replacing ("depress clutch" message on start up). I am in Haslemere, Surrey and I am sure within the last couple of months saw an indie mentioned around here, but of course cannot find the thread now.

Can anyone help please - or other recommendations gratefully received.

I've used them a few times, they know their way around the cars and are pleasant & helpful but my & my friend's experience of them is that they come up with a lot of things that need doing that aren't necessarily that vital. I use Northway in Reading, bit of a mission but have found them to be excellent & no issues in that respect

+1 for Northway. GT One know their stuff but I always found them very expensive.

Northway we find are excellent.

You also have lakeside engineering near Woking in addllestone ask for max.

Also RSJ in Slough Windsor.

All three I would use again and generally get them to quote for our works and then make a judgement

Another one for Northway. I bought my 964 from there and they also service it. Ray is possibly the busiest man alive but he really knows his stuff.

RSR Engineering is right on your doorstep in Greyshott and Russel Lewis who owns it is a Porsche Legend.

I've been using Eporsch for the last few years. Great service and keen pricing. Also do some ad hoc bits on my AMG at a good labour rate

Anologue (ask for Steffen), they are on the old A3 just past Hillbrow (Jolly Drover). He looks after my 987 and always leaves me happy with his service. Always very interesting stuff in his workshop too. He runs a 986 as a daily and track car and has a 80's targa so very into Porsche but also has many Elise customers.
