Well I had intentions of keeping the GT4 until (if) the 991.2 GT3 materialises but lately I'm finding myself looking more and more at 991 turbo's... can't get them out of my head atm. Keep seeing a black one on the road and it looks the dogs bollix. Having rear seats it would also get used a bit more. Also liking the look of the 991.2 4S but drove a 2S cabriolet and was left cold by the 3.0 engine. Could the 4S Coupe be a better all-rounder?? Probably not. Still have fond memories of 2 days in a 991 GTS - good looker but hasn't really got any tricks up it's sleeve like the ballistic thrust of the 991 Turbo or the magic of the bargain GT4! Adore the looks of the Targa but too heavy. Wish I knew what the spec of the 991.2 GTS is going to be. Could be tempted. I even had a thought of another 997 GTS but personally don't feel they are vfm at the prices they are fetching and it'd have to be grey or black with 20mm lower chassis, SC, full leather and PDK. Or do I need to lay off the G&T and go and wash the GT4..

Go big or go home - Turbo or nothing IMHO.

Not a fan of 'Turbos' - N/A linear delivery far more satisfying IMO.

Or take the train (it'd probably/definitely be a more involving experience) Added to which there weren't any back seats in an R8 the lat time I looked....

Drove the 991 Turbo S at the Porsche driving Experience Finland in March and was very impressed. Yes, I'm a NA man and drive a 991 RS but like the OP I've opened my mind , a tiny bit !

v10+ is getting my attention. Like the look and they sound amazing. Good car.

re Turbo-Targa - I reckon Porsche will build one eventually. I think they should.

Doesn't have to have rear seats but makes life easier and doesn't restrict when I can use it. 991 Turbo S is top of the list. We'll see what happens, no rush, not desperate to change, just fancy something else..

As the creator of the "GT4 colour thread", you are contractually obliged to keep your GT4 longer than everyone else whom contributed to it. Fact. Now clean the bl00dy thing and stop lusting after those horrible 911 things.

From the OPC to his house..

When he says its 'dirty' what he means is there's a bit of dust on it from his garage.
