Aa anyone got further news on this newly released 991.2 model. I'm surprised no-one has flagged it up on the forum or commented on it, unless I've missed anything, that is.

The latest Porsche newsletter (29/07/2016) highlights all it's standard equipment: a mixture of must haves and "bling items", plus hints at a bog-standard "S" engine spec, complete with a rather garish paint job all for circa £107K. Better value than an individually spec'd "S"? Or not worth the wonga?

Looks decent, but then I imagine the exterior accouterments are decals. The price feels like it's right at the top end of what a standard 911 S would be with those options (the quoted price is for the manual). If the look of the thing is exactly what you want, why not? Otherwise I'd spec my own.

Very, very limited numbers in the UK. I think it actually looks pretty good - can't comment on the relative value, but will definitely stand out in a crowd of C2s.
