Hello All

I've wanted a 911 for ages, and initially set out looking for a Seal Grey C2S Coupe Manual.

I kind of got lost along the way and ended up with this 997 Turbo Cab Tip with about 28,000 miles/46,000kms on the clock, Full Porsche Service History. Also got the original wheels with the sale which I plan to put back on

Still getting used to the car but am very impressed and happy so far. Came out of an L405 Range Rover and V8 M3 prior to that. Also owned a Renault Megan RS250 (amongst other cars) which was awesome.

So Just saying hi and decided to post this picture I took earlier today. Oh yes and the funny plates are because I am in Oz.....

Anyway heres a quick snap off my phone from before

Cheers
Jkay

That looks gorgeous. I saw a similar one at Bristol opc a couple of years ago. Bold but brilliant.

Thank you. I wouldn't have considered "brown" ever but once I saw it I changed my mind

The wheels are 20" Koya Wheels that came with the car. I was also given the factory wheels as part of the sale and really want to put them back on to see if handling feels any different (heard 20's effect handling), so I want to see if I can feel a
Difference, but do love the look of these current wheels

One thing I know is that the 997.1 Turbo definitely doesn't have a PSE, but the exhaust definitely becomes a bit louder when I engage sport mode (can defintely hear it at idle) .... Anyone else hear this or am I imagining things??

I'll just need to get a few more 911's then 😄....
Based on my experience (so far), I wouldn't mind 10 more, each of a different variant 👍🏻
