Ascari Race Track

No, but it looks great. It was in Circuit Driver last year.

I wondered if you could buy a flat/villa in the grounds of a race track on the continent, somewhere like the Ascari resort. It would have to be cheaper than the Ascari place though. Plenty of people buy flats in golf course resorts in Portugal etc. Isn't there similar for car fans?

Couldn't find many details on the website, any idea of costs?

It's not open to the public. Ascari rent it out for corporate launches etc.

Bugger, they do talk about some sort of race school though....

I thought that Ascari were planning to market packages building up to a blast in one of their Benetton or Arrows F1 cars, but if noise is a problem maybe they will have to look at track days ? Would be great to try it - I think I read somewhere that the owner tried to incorporate his favourite corners from circuits around the world into the design.
