Porsche 944 help my valutation
Discussion
Pictures are not working there dude!
OK, if you could say about the following then on a 944 that'd be good:
1) Mileage and time since last belts and waterpump change
2) Sills condition
3) Rear quarter condition
4) Front wing condition
5) Dashboard cracks?
6) Interior complete and condition?
7) Windscreen delaminating?
8) Hatch bonding and latch pins OK?
9) If oval dash model then is the heater working OK and is the LED clock fully functional?
10) Does the torque tube make a noise?
11) Has the clutch been replaced or require replacement?
12) Fuel pipe condition (especially around rear axle area)
13) Sunroof operation and leaks?
Those are the top-of-the-head issues that I'd be interested to know about if buying another

Hello
I am looking to sell but have no idea how to value the car. Are there any Porsche or 944 enthusiasts that could help?
5 key things I maybe should highlight - 107k miles, new clutch, new tyres, new MOT, owned for past 4 years
Here are some pictures of the car...

best, Tom

Thanks for the replies gents. Hopefully the pictures work from a desktop browser - i think you may need to click on the icons and then the pictures come up.OK, if you could say about the following then on a 944 that'd be good:

Starting to work through this list....see above
Any ideas on where to start with the heater? Any good forum articles etc?
Thanks
Ah yes, the pics work when I click them...
Those oversills are not really an indication of condition, you probably already know but to be sure then pull the little vents out of the base of the B pillar and shine a torch in to assess the true condition. If there's no rot or rust in there then you're golden.
It looks like a tidy car, the black and silver plates look a bit incongruous to my eyes and those along with the sills might divide opinion, otherwise looks like a pretty decent 2.5, if I'm right and it is a 2.5? It's a bit odd that it's on Cookie Cutter / ATS wheels with an oval dash. I think that the standard wheels should be Teledials on an '85.5 > car (but I could be mistaken). I think your seats and interior have had some work too (but again could be mistaken).
Have a look on TIPEC and Clarke's Garage for your heater issue. You can get a kit for the LCD clock, or a new one is about 300 quid... depends if you're handy and can solder.
Great news about the clutch etc. The belts / pump are a biggie so check those. I think 8k is a *bit* high but don't see why you couldn't expect to get @ 5,000 for the car.
My own is an '84 square dash 2.5... lovely old thing!
