Cayenne brake pad retainer pin seized, any tips?

Classic should-take-10-minutes-but-ends-up-taking-all-weekend job!

Both the front retainer pins are unbelievably stuck - I have soaked them for a few nights, tried a little heat (not too much to save the caliper seals), freezing spray, duck oil, and a range of hammers. They just arent budging.

This must be a common problem but there isnt much on a search. On other Porsches people have twisted it with molegrips, but on the Cayenne the pin is captive at one end. I guess the calipers are aluminium and the pin is steel, which means they have probably done that bimetallic corrosion thing.. :-(

Any tips before I take off the calipers and drill them out?

Hi Johnny, this is becoming more and more of a pain the #### to remove the pins.

The last one i had for this, I heated up the inside of the threaded end and then froze it with Wurth Rost of Ice a few times, it eventually moved.
