Panamera retrofit ACC, Speed limit indicator

Anyone retrofitted either ACC or speed limit indicator to Panamera? Have a 2015 Panamera with LED headlights with PDLS - so camera in the windscreen behind rearview mirror. Seen on 6Speedonline forum in May that it has been done abroad from scratch. Raised with Porsche GB technical and await answer but would think that as there is a camera it should be a software update! Why don’t Porsche offer such upgrades to buyers of their approved used cars? One answer might be - to get customers to buy new! HA HA.
Speed limit indicator is part of your spec already - you need to select it in the OBC to display in the instrument cluster; it references NAV data for limits on cars without a front camera (the screen mounted; heated, black/white and red camera used for main beam assist; Lane departure warning and road sign recognition).
ACC will not be possible as a retrofit - the factory will not release the info so officially OPC's will not be covered to fit it - it doesn't use the front camera; instead using a nose mounted radar 'distance measuring device'.
There is also the surround view camera system, a wide angle number plate plinth mounted camera for the front; two mirror mounted units for side and a rear bumper mounted unit for the rear which combine to provide a 360 degrees view around the car.
Anything 'could' be done; but likely the cost will decide whether it is worth pursuing. Last time I replaced a damaged radar unit it was £1000+ for the unit alone.
When I retrofitted nose lift to a 997.2GT3RS the only thing I didn't get from PAG was the wiring loom - the loom is VIN specific - to get the official loom would mean ordering a specced VIN loom @C.£10k - a few hours of wiring loom study and a very clever local loom builder and it was done.

I have the SatNAv speed limit indicator but that is always out of date and even when I have paid Porsche in the past for the latest disc for the SatNav, in my last Porsche, the speed limits displayed were out of date. So as my car has LED headlights and the front camera in the windscreen for the PDLS I hoped that the solution would be a once only software upgrade so that the camera could read the speed limit signs and some road signs as this is an option when speccing a new car. Whilst someone either in the USA or China, see 6Speedonline 25th May 2016 post, has fitted ACC, the speed limit reader camera and updated the software, I only want to ‘retrofit’ the software to make the camera read the speed limit signs.
