RRS to Cayenne Turbo?

I've currently got a 2.7 diesel RRS, was considering a Cayenne before but this came up so went for it.
I'd like to know people's experiences with the Cayenne, I'd be looking at going for a facelift car 07/08, with the 4.8, what is the MPG like on the direct injection 4.8?, is there a bit of an improvement over the 4.5 or broadly similar?.
I don't do that many miles, commute is about 9 or 10 miles each way, clear in the morning but a fair bit of traffic on the way home, odd longer journey at weekends etc, roughly 8k a year.
The other thing I wanted to ask was is the infotainment system upgraded on the facelift to include stuff like Bluetooth and iPod connectivity?.
It's going to be between a Cayenne and a 2010 facelift RRS or Vogue, really can't decide which way to go atm but so tempted to scratch the Cayenne itch.
