******** drives into my car, tries to drive off

Never posted outside the Porsche section (I don't think) but wanted to share something that happened, made even more shocking to me by the person who did it... relating to films
In stationary traffic, waiting to turn right into my road (Zone 2 London) and I've just moved from the left lane to right lane (two lane road), and an Audi TT drives alongside my car on my outside into my door very slowly - like 5 mph.
I hear the scrape, wind down my window to talk to the guy in complete surprise what he thinks he's doing, and he then moves his car further and begins trying to overtake me and driving away.
After a very sudden manoeuvre in my car I manage to block him in against a traffic island 4 or 5 car lengths up the road. I get out and the guy won't wind down his window speak or do anything. Eventually after I call the Police, he's the most aggressive guy refusing to give any details.
So I call the Police. He denies our cars touched, and that the damage to my immaculate regularly detailed car was already there and there is no damage to his. However on inspection there is corresponding damage on his car which when pointed out he says "there's marks all over my car".
Damage was very minor to both cars, mine the worst as he drove into the body work for about 40cm on a crease line which is worst place to try and repair. He has a penny size erosion hole to his front bumper that scored against my car. It looked bad at first, white line across my door, but after i touched it with my finger, the white was actually lacquer powdered up from both cars, and i think the paint underneath is salvageable. Just a shame since my car was booked to have PPF imminently.
So trip to my detailer and not much money to fix, but now he has an accident recorded on his insurance. If he just apologised, maybe said he was having a bad day we could have shook hands and got on with it. I get he didn't think we touched and he probably believed it, but it didn't account for his behaviour, he still should not have tried to over take in queuing traffic and appreciated that I had right of way, especially as i was turning right, and should not have tried to drive away. When it got to waiting for police he conceded to drive off the main road and wait, but then just wanted to argue with me. I filmed it all and car has total of 5 cameras including one on the same side. I also filmed him being aggressive towards me with iphone afterwards till Police arrived.
So, the insurance companies will get to bottom of it and TFL have CCTV as Police told me they saw it and what happened afterwards. I just thought how petit of this guy, who is meant to be a President of a company that sets standards, how inappropriate he behaved. Ridiculously petit, avoidable and I had my 7 month old baby in the back.
I always try to think what I could have done to avoid that happening, but I was stood still, I'm not sure what I could have done. I was just looking thinking "he won't drive into me". Smart people do the dumbest things though is all I can take from this. PH advice will be taken on board - good or bad. Thanks, I feel better now.

Not sure what the relevance of the 7 month old baby in the back is?And calling the guy out on his height is a bit poor. How short was he?
