Good driving roads south(ish) of London

So, a few days off work coming up and not going away just taking a break from the usual work stuff. The 997 turbo is itching for a blast so I am starting to work out a decent circuit. I live in SE London and this has to fit in to the day to get back home in the evening.

Assume for these purposes that a track day is not on the cards.

I have found some pretty good lesser A road and decent B roads through Kent and Sussex but am always keen to seek out more.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

the A272 is fantastic... just make sure you get up early wherever you go!
