Yeah I test drove one - a manual 2WD petrol S (must have been a PHer who specced it!). Good fun, nice gearchanges and if manual is your thing then go for it.
I didn't get a Panamera in the end though, found the interior space seriously lacking for a car with such a huge footprint.
