Driving my wife's Macan, which has all-round parking sensors/camera (no comment on previous kerbings..)
In traffic, it keeps bleeping warnings at me when other cars are close by or buses in other lane etc.
Can this be turned off?
Thanks in advance.
That's actually the PPPWS and it can't be disengaged - stands for the Porsche Proletariat Proximity Warning System. In traffic, it keeps bleeping warnings at me when other cars are close by or buses in other lane etc.

Not so much alarms, but temperature. Rental in Seattle, air temp reading in fahrenheit, so thought sod this, I'll fiddle and try to change it to Celsius.
I managed it and was momentarily stumped why my speed increased from 40 to nearly 60
Turns out the speedo had one numerical scale only, i.e, not MPH and KPH, but just one, but in the middle of the speedo was a little read out which said either MPH or KPH.
As I changed from fahrenheit to celcius, the read out changed from MPH to KPH, hence increase from 40 to 60.
