Probably a mixture of things. PCP buyers who swap every few years are probably getting into 718s or 911s. Some will be trading in for a GT4 and others moving on to their next toy. It's that time of year....
I'd say PCP is a big factor....lots of Boxster's and Cayman's are sold this way, probably the majority. 20 cars might seem a lot but it's an average of one for every two OPC's...although I see a couple have three each! I got out of mine as the supplying OPC made an offer I couldn't refuse, we are having building work done and I didn't want the car around when people were pricing up work (!) and I decided to simplify outgoings for a while.
Painful saying goodbye to it though. The salesman dropped me off at the station and hearing it howl off in the distance, well a little part of me died!

Values are pretty high at the moment so I'm not surprised if people are tempted to cash in.
Based on the current OPC prices my nicely specced 11 month old manual car with 3000m would be listed for a couple of grand over what I paid for it new. If I were to sell it that would be seriously good value for a years motoring in a non-GT car.
