porsche thread , i need help to find it

i spent an enjoyable hour or two reading a thread on another site that was linked from a thread on here.
i have tried the search function and google, but to no avail. it is about a chap who lives in germany and is modifying his 996 for fast road / track use. it is undergoing a dramatic weight loss programme as well as a carbon roof.
the workmanship is amazing.
my excuse is that i am on some rather strong medication. thanks in advance
