Am going to look at a 996 soon.
Is there anyone (eg an OPC) nr Horsham that can inspect?
What are the key things to look for on a 98 C2 with 60K ish. eg beyond wear and tear, panel gaps, engine noise/smoke?
I was going to look for bills for clutch, engine, tyres and brakes, RMS bills...
how do you id if import?
What else is there to look for?
Thanks
Gary

Either under the bonnet, or in the first page of the service record there will be an option sticker. The first number should be C16 which means UK spec. Also check that the first stamp in the book is from a UK OPC as you can in theory spec a C16 car abroad (although unusual).
there is also the OPC mid sussex (burgess hill) part of the sytner group. never had any experience of them although they are about to do the recall repair on my cab's roof. See other threads about opc inspections, seems Peter Morgan is well thought of. Did you know that if your future baby passes an OPC inspection you can then buy a porsche warranty for 750 + vat per year.
how about a 993?
how about a 993?
