Question on 997 Carrera 3.6 Sport Chrono / PSE

Hi All,
I am hoping one of you can help me in my confusion!
I am looking at buying what seems to be a very good condition 54 plate Carrera 2 3.6. As it is not the "S" model, it does not have PASM and therefore no "suspension button".
The car comes with Sport Chrono I assume as it has the "lap timer" / clock / wart on the dashboard.
However, when I look below the climate control module on the dash for the "extra buttons", it only has three buttons:
1. Rear spoiler button
2. A button showing a double exhaust
3. PSM
I am confused as I thought Sport chrono would have had a button saying "Sport"?! In the early cars did Porsche use the exhaust icon to signify Sport Chrono, or does the existence of a button with an exhaust signify PSE (Sport switchable exhaust)? If both options were ticked on purchase, did Porsche merge both PSE and Sport Chrono into one button (the exhaust button) for early 997 3.6 Carreras?

SPORT mode is different to Sport Chrono; the latter gives a stopwatch, lap timer and storage for laps/journeys and a few extras on the PCM - individual memory settings for example.
SPORT mode affects the throttle response and PSM parameters; if you had SPORT and PSE the PSE is incorporated in the SPORT option not vice versa; SPORT mode is retrofittable so not a deal breaker (Sport Chrono is not retrofittable so if you wanted a car with it, it would be from build).
