It's Hartech asking for help on this occasion.

We are almost ready to dyno test and re-map our 4 litre Gen 2 project but have hit a snag running the car on our 2 wheel dyno. We could get on and fit another set of linked rollers to rotate the front wheels - but that will take time and meanwhile the project is going to be delayed.

Although earlier 4 wheel drive cars can run with the torque tube disconnected - and later PDK cars have software that can be adjusted to suit - the PDK cars we are likely to modify do not and our diagnostics do not presently provide a suitable function.

This means we either need someone in the UK with a 4 wheel drive rolling road facility (that will rotate the front rollers under auxiliary power in time with the rears) and that can re-map for a dfi engine or some advice from the wider web on how to run or modify exiting software that enables us to do it on our existing 2 wheel drive dyno.

Anything helpful appreciated.

Thanks,

Baz

I've had my 997.2 GTS 2 wheel drive and current 981 Cayman on dynos with car ECU set to Dyno mode on Autologic tester.
