Porsche help needed

I am looking for some kind generous people to make my 14 year old nephews dream come true.
Any help is greatly appreciated
Jack now 14 was diagnosed with a rare genetic condition called Von hippel lindue disease (vhl) when he was 5 years old his mum, and younger sister Cerys (12) and younger brother arran (2) also have vhl.
Its is a condition which causes begnign and cancerous tumours to grow on internal oragns.
THERE IS NO CURE FOR VHL.
All that can be done is be checked and scanned regularly.
jack has lost sight in his left eye and now has tumours developing on his right which could potentially cause him to lose his sight all together. Jacks dream car is Porsche and we are looking for as many as possible to give him a passenger ride as possible
