DAB Radio

Is there any firmware upgrades on the digital radio ? mine seems to lose signal all the time ! we do live in a rural area but my wifes RRS seems to cope !

any suggestions apart from normal FM please :-)

DAB reception in Porsche cars does seem to get a bit of a slating; but my first check when I get a car with an issue is to make sure there aren't any 12v/USB chargers in the sockets - they are renowned for causing/emitting interference.

We've had endless problems with DAB.

had an intermittent problem where various sources (iPod, DAB etc) would completely disappear so had the PCM replaced under warranty.

Now the problem is even worse, every morning without fail, regardless of location or station we have no signal. If we drive the car for 10-20 minutes, stop and turn the engine off for 5 mins, once we return to the car the DAB works fine again, regardless of location. This also happens on an evening if the car has been left all day when at work.

It's been back to OPC a number of times who say they can't replicate the issue or find a problem yet we see this everyday.
